T.O.S.

1. I work with full prepayments mainly via Boosty. There are alternative options - EasyStart, Buymeacoffee and Telegram but those have extra fees which I'll add to price. I also have Binance account but never used it for receiving funds.2. My usual deadline for finished work is 2 months but most of time I provide result way faster. Although there is human factor, so in case something unplanned happens I'll contact you.3. Payment plans are available. In that case work would be done by stages (example payment in two halves - first time you'll receive sketch and lineart, second time - finished drawing)4. All commission works are digital products. As result you'll receive high-res and web version of your final picture.5. I take right to not accept your commission inquiry on personal reasons6. I have full right to post finished picture on my pages unless we're agreed it to be private.7. You're free to post finished picture on any of your pages, crop it for avatar or share somewhere. But don't forget to give me credit and include link to any of my galleries.Copyright on final image will remain on my side. That means you'll have Non-commersional use only - such as uploading on socials, using as avatar, printing for personal use or gift for friends.
I'll have right to upload finished picture to my galleries, use it for portfolio or potentially include in artbook. Finished pictures aren't going to be reused in any term, meaning I won't be recoloring or changing them after you receive final version.

Refunds

1. Unfortunately in current conditions refunds are unavailable since I'm able to work with Boosty only which has huge issues with that. I also can't say for sure if EasyStart or Telegram has them.2. You're free to cancel your commission before sending me payment. In that case let me know as soon as possible. Just don't be afraid to get in contact.

PROCESS

1. As an artist I remain right for some artistic freedom in term of general style and slightly adjusting colors for better fit. Important details are going to be unchaged such as design, patterns, body type.2. Ask for specific details beforehand! For example you plan to print poster or dakimakura, in that case I'll need canvas sizes and formats.3. I always send sketches for approvement before finishing it. You may ask for any minor changes during that.4. In case something is missing/forgotten on latest stages of work (patterns, markings, accessories) this will have no extra fee until it was originally on reference picture. Any other corrections gonna have their specific pricing.5. If sketch got rejected by you I keep right for modifying it and reusing it with different character.6. After work is finished you'll receive high-res and web view versions of art. On social media it's best to upload web one.
